Our Policies
- For any group class for kids the monthly fee is $90. For individual classes the monthly fee is $115. The monthly payment does not include books or other materials. Please make sure to pay your monthly payment on time.
- For any group classes for adults the monthly fee is $125. For individual classes the monthly fee is $150.
- Monthly payments received after 10 days to their respective pay week will have a charge of $10.
Once the payment has been made, no refunds are made for registration, monthly payment or books. - There is a $25 charge for checks with insufficient funds that are returned. Registration for any of our courses is $25.
- A student who does not attend his lesson loses the benefit of that lesson. We will have schedules available throughout the week to be able to replace a lesson as long as you book your replacement schedule. Missing lessons will not lower the cost of your monthly payment in case you cannot replace it. Keep in mind that we DO NOT charge per lesson but per month, that is, if the student misses a lesson, the monthly payment will remain the same and will be charged on the stipulated day of each month. It is the student's responsibility to attend the replacement class that is reserved for him, unless at least 24 hours in advance he changes the replacement schedule, if he loses his reservation he will not be given another time to replace. Remember that there are many students waiting for a schedule.
- IntelliMusic Academy does not ask for time contracts in any of our courses. Students who wish to deregister from school must notify 2 weeks before retiring or before the following month begins. If you do not notify, the monthly payment will continue to run. The registration is valid up to 6 months after a student withdraws, that is, if the student wishes to return before the 6 months expire, he will not have to pay the registration again.
- IntelliMusic Academy reserves the right to deny lessons to a student for inadequate practice, destruction or theft of property at school, lack of respect or hostile attitude towards teachers or towards other students, for not complying with the rules of the institution or for lack of payment in their respective monthly payments.
- We also reserve the right to publish videos and photos of students on social networks for information and advertising purposes of our school.
